2. On signing up to the Rewards Scheme and giving us your personal details, you agree that your details will be used to send you information and updates about the Card/Rewards Scheme. We may also contact you for research purposes relating to the Rewards Scheme and send you details of products and services offered in-store and online (including special offers) unless you subsequently notify us otherwise.

3. We will also use your details from the application form and information on what you buy to help us manage the Rewards Scheme more effectively. We may share aggregated data with third parties in order to develop and enhance the Rewards Scheme. This is statistical data which will not include information that could identify any individual.

We will share your information with HMV Group companies (including HMV Guernsey Limited) and service providers to the Rewards Scheme and partner companies who may use your details to help us manage and administer the Rewards Scheme.
