when selecting your reward on the arena, we will tell you how this will reach you. Postage is free for all rewards!

please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are used exactly as inputted by you. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.

the following can be used as a guideline:

by email:

for certain rewards, you will receive details via email, which includes many of our tickets and experiences.

by post:

we will endevour to despatch your item/s within 7 working days of the receipt of your order. However please allow up to 30 days. Rewards are generally sent by either:

uk standard delivery:

some rewards are despatched via standard UK mail. We would advise that packages usually sent by this method are received within 2-5 working days from despatch.

uk royal mail special Delivery:

this method is fully secure and we can track and trace the order for you. Deliveries via this method should reach you on the following working day from despatch, though there may be delays. We will endeavour to ensure that goods leave our fulfilment centre on the day the order is received, providing the item is in stock. However, goods despatched after 1pm may not be collected until the following day. Please note that goods despatched on a Friday will normally be delivered the following Monday. Goods despatched on Saturday / Sunday will normally be delivered on the following Tuesday. Orders sent via this method will require a signature upon receipt.

lost, damaged and out of stock items:

on the rare occasion that your reward is out of stock, or is lost / damaged in the post, we will refund your points to your pure account. If your reward is damaged, we may also ask you to return it to us
