purehmv credit terms and conditions
If you have redeemed a purehmv credit, the value of the credit will be loaded automatically onto your purehmv card.
1. purehmv credit can be used against all products (except gift cards, gift vouchers, itunes gift cards, downloads, tickets or warranties) in our hmv UK stores, but not in the Republic of Ireland or online at hmv.com.
2. Your purehmv credit will expire 6 months from the date you redeem your purehmv points on the arena website.
3. Your purehmv credit will be transferred onto your purehmv card or key fob ready for the next time you shop in store. The hmv colleague will give you the choice of whether to use your purehmv credit at the point of purchase. You will not be sent a voucher through the post or by email.
4. You can redeem more than one purehmv credit from the arena website.
5. Only one purehmv credit can be used per transaction.
6. Your purehmv credit will only be triggered at the till once the purchase amount is reached. For example you must spend at least £10 to use a £10 purehmv credit.
7. The value of a purehmv credit must be spent in one transaction and cannot be part spent. For example if you wish to spend £5 in store you cannot use a £10 purehmv credit.
8. Your purehmv credit can be used as part payment but must be spent all at once. For example if you have a £5 purehmv credit you cannot spend just £2 of the value.
9. If you have more than one purehmv credit with different values, then the best deal will be applied at till point. For example if you spend £20 and have a £5 and £10 purehmv credit on your card, then the £10 credit will be deducted from your transaction.
10. If you have two purehmv credits of the same value then the oldest will be used first.
11. Points will not be earned on the value of the purehmv credit when it is spent in store.
12. Members can check what purehmv credits have been redeemed by accessing their online account and selecting ‘transaction history’.
13. If a refund is made in store when a purehmv credit has been used, the purehmv credit amount will be transferred on to a gift card. Any remaining total balance will follow standard refund policy.
14. hmv reserves the right to amend the points value required for this reward.
15. This reward is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
